This is what you can do with us

take care of general secretarial and administrative duties, additional project support
planning, organizing and coordinating all national and international meetings
scheduling, agenda setting, timekeeping and minutes taking for Team Meetings
internal and external correspondence in German and English
monitoring and handling expenses, purchas Orders and invoices including budget tracking
onboarding of new employees, vendors and freelancers
you manage and handle bigger and smaller events

This makes you special for us

vocational training as office management assistant, management assistant or other comparable qualification
several years of professional experience on the job field
perfect knowledge on supporting secretarial and administrative tasks
skills in MS Office, SAP and Concur
good communication and organization skills and a proactively structured working style
very good english and german knowledge

Please be aware that German is the working language in our project and good German language skills (level B2+) are a prerequisite for this position.
