- Identification of involved stakeholders such as suppliers, trading partners and healthcare professionals
- Distribution of audit announcements, plans and agendas
- Responsibility for the timely delivery of audit reports and close-out activities
- Tracking and documenting deliverables in the audit logistics management system
- Ensuring the quality and completeness of data entered into all audit systems
- Inspection support for documentation, process and archiving
Das macht dich für uns so besonders:
- Degree in pharmacy, biology or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in audit management with Veeva Vault
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Independent, committed, trustworthy and team-orientated way of working
- Very good knowledge of English
